This is a Lionel 2957 Vintage O Prewar New York Central Die-Cast Metal Illuminated Caboose from 1940-42. This caboose features interior illumination, metal stamped journals, die-cast metal operating box coupler, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are heavy nicks, scratches, and spots of rust present on the surface of this item. Additionally, paint throughout the body shows heavy paint wear, chipping, and cracking. Catwalk is warped out of shape. Window inserts are foggy and brittle. The wheels show signs of wear.
