This set was originally premiered and cataloged in the 2000 Volume 3 Catalog, but due to a lack of Pre-Orders, this set was never made for sale to the public! MTH canceled the production of the Virginia E-60 electric locomotive and matching passenger set. All cars have lighting and interiors except the half-vista dome.
