This is Lionel 11-90089 #436 Mauve Powerhouse. First revealed in Lionel’s 1926 catalog, the No. 436 Power Station is an ingenious way to disguise your transformer. Easy to use, your transformer can be accessed by lifting the grille on the roof of the power station. Notice the beautiful embossing and die work, inserted windows and doors-see the great chimney stack is reproduced in true proportion.
