The Type I Lehigh Valley Hopper features a black, flat painted body with coil couplers, die cast trucks, and metal wheels. The Western Pacific Operating Box Car features a plastic body, plastic, sliding doors, and bar ends trucks; When activated, the mechanism opens the door and the rubber man emerges. The Type IV Gulf Tank features an unpainted gray body, AAR trucks, and metal wheels. The Type III Lionel Caboose features a Tuscan painted body with a black, die cast smoke stack, sheet metal ladders, interior lighting, magnetic couplers, and bar end trucks. The Type II Pipe Car features a dull, brick painted body, die cast plates along the underframe, bar end metal trucks, and magnetic couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There is rust along the tank’s underframe, axles, and perimeter. The bodies are scratched and marked with some faded lettering. The WP box car does not operate, rendering it great for restoration! The interior lighting for the caboose functions.
