This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are heavy nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust present on this locomotive. Heavy signs of paint wear, chips, and abrasions are present throughout the body. Brass accents show signs of tarnish. The wheels show signs of wear. When tested, item ran well in both directions.
