Here is a Lionel 258 2-4-0 Sheet Metal Steam Locomotive and Tender from 1941. This was one of the last sheet metal steam locomotives made by Lionel. It features a headlight and reverse unit. Interestingly, the 258 locomotive sometimes comes with a rear truck and sometimes it doesn’t.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. This item appears to have been run sparingly, and displays overall signs of moderate previous use. There are some scratches, nicks and imperfections on the paint consistent with age and use. There is some light dust on some of the wheels. The original box is not included.
