The Operating Post Office car features red, white, and blue coloring with Railway Post office markings, AAR trucks, and operating die cast knuckle couplers. When the operating plunger is tripped, the mailman hurls the bag from the sliding door. The Cop & Hobo car features an unpainted red mold with white stamped rubber markings, bar end trucks, and tab couplers. The vibrating mechanism powers a belt with the figures attached.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. One side of the mail car is heavily marked and has some discoloration. There are rust spots along the hobo car and the vibrating mechanism. The wheelsets are worn. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
