This is a Lionel 6560 Vintage Lionel Lines Bucyrus Erie Operating Crane Car from 1955-69. The 6560 Bucyrus Erie operating crane car enjoyed the longest run of any postwar Lionel crane car. At first glance the 6560 appears to be a carryover of the 6460. Externally this looks to be correct, internally it is very different. The 6560 was redesigned to incorporate many cost savings features. This crane car features die-cast trucks, a rotating cab that swivels 360 degrees, a hook and boom that can be raised and lowered, plastic trucks, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been run sparingly, and displays overall signs of light previous use. There are some scratches, nicks and imperfections on the paint consistent with age and use. There is some light dust on this item. The original box is not included.
