This 381-E locomotive is a replica of the pre-war version, MTH did an excellent job recreating the look and colors with stamped steel body and chassis, nickel trim, baked enamel finish, metal latch couplers, metal wheels and axles. Dont let its look full you this contemporary version are equipped with Proto-Sound 2.0 and runs smoothly and slowly, with directionally controlled headlights.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item displays light scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. The black chassis and truck sides show spots of paint loss. This item is missing both headlamp light bulbs. This locomotive does not run do to being unresponsive to track power. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
