This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The Semaphore is very broken and in pieces. The bulb housings on one of the lamp posts are loose. The other is missing both bulbs. Items featuring lighting will need bulbs replaced. Paint on all items shows signs of wear, chipping, and discoloration due to aging. These items have not been tested and are being sold As-Is. Boxes are included with the Water Tower and Semaphore only. Overall condition is Good.
