This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item has been custom decorated by the previous owner and displays scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. Some deeper scratches, particularly on the rear of the locomotive, have resulted in paint loss. The wheels show signs of average use. The bell trim piece is stuck in place, and the cab curtains are brittle and worn. One of the green marker jewels at the front of the locomotive is missing. The original box is included.
