This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surfaces of the locomotive and tender. Additionally, some small spots of bubbling and minute paint chips are present on the bodies of both items. Wheels show light signs of wear from previous use.
