This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Add a touch of brass to your current collection with the addition of this Brass “Sibley Park” Sleeper/Observation Car! There are minute scratches and rub marks present on the surface of this car. Black paint on the underframe shows a few spots of paint chips and scratches that have removed the paint. Kadee couplers installed by previous owner.
