This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. This item has been painted and decorated by the previous owner. Some of the decals were not applied straight. A few decals are beginning to chip. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
