This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Some of the trim parts and couplers are painted. The wheels show signs of wear. When tested, the light worked in DCC but the motor would not function. Due to this issue, the item is being sold AS-IS. The instruction manual is not included.
