This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches present on the surfaces of the locomotive and tender. Wheels show light signs of previously being ran. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. This locomotive runs well but only has 2 of 3 axles in each truck. The original box is included along with the foam liner. The instruction manual is not included.
