This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surfaces of the locomotive and tender. Both items have been custom painted and decorated by the previous owner. Rear tender truck is broken and will need to be reattached. The wheels show signs of wear. Some light dust has accumulated inside the coal load. Wheelsets are included. When tested item ran well on DC. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included.
