The body of the car is made of extruded aluminum, has die-cast trucks, knuckle couplers, metal wheels and the car is lighted. It matches the 2521 President McKinley Observation and 2523 President Garfield Pullman.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rst present on this item. The golden stripes are brittle and coming off. Additionally, spots of paint wear, chips, and discoloration are visible throughout the body and underframe. Previous owner has affixed a label to the top of the vista dome. When tested, lighting functions but flickers. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
