This is a Lionel 3659 Prewar Operating Coal Dump Car from 1938-42. When activated by a UCS or RCS track section (not included), the bin tilts and dumps out its load into a waiting tray. It features tinplate trucks with journals, solenoid couplers, metal wheels and axles.
