This is a Lionel 6-18411 O Gauge Canadian Pacific Fire Fighter Car from 1990. As it moves down the track the light blinks. It changes direction when it strikes another object on the track (like a bumper) and when it changes direction the fireman and his chair rotate 180 degrees.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New. This item appears to have been run sparingly, wheels display signs of very light wear from previous run time.
