This is a Lionel 6-19824 O Gauge U.S. Army Operating Target Launcher from 1996. When activated it blows a stream of air vertically which will cause a balloon to float above the car where you can shoot at it with your missile launching cars. This target launching car features an operating fan, a track powered on/off switch, die-cast metal sprung trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.
