This is a Lionel 6-2324 O Operating Switch Tower from 1984-87. When activated the one man comes down the stairs and the other man on the balcony goes inside the house. It comes with a track contactor which activates two moving figure as the train passes. The house is also illuminated. It measures 8 inches tall x 6 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Cable inside of the tower is starting to fray. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent.
