Here is a Lionel 6201 Union Pacific Animated Cop and Hobo Gondola from 1983. A friction drive on one truck makes the railroad cop chase the hobo around the car. It also has a single operating coupler (one of the couplers is a dummy). The car measures approximately 10″ long.
