This is a Lionel 6517 Lionel Lines Illuminated Bay Window Caboose from 1956-60. This is the uncommon early version with the Built by information underscored on the lower right of the body. This caboose features interior illumination, a smoke stack, metal ladders, die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scratches along the body and tarnishing along the underframe and wheelsets.
