Here is a Lionel 93 Small Metal Water Tower. The Tower was originally sold by Lionel in the prewar era. It was re-introduced in 1946 and was sold for five years (through 1950). The all-metal Water Tower is painted maroon with a green top and measures approximately 8 1/2 inches in height. The base measures approximately 3 5/8 inches in length by 3 5/8 inches in width to form a square. The spout is black and is the only moving part on this accessory.
