This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on these items. Additionally, bodies of all cars show spots of paint wear, paint chipping, and some spots of discoloration due to aging. Lettering is a little discolored, but is still legible. Tank Car decals are chipped and yellowed. The wheels show signs of wear. These items have not been tested and are being sold As-Is.
