Per our grading of this item, it is equivalent to the TCA rating of R-4: Very Good — Restored to a general high standard. However, noticeable differences exist particularly with respect to the color, finish, and texture of paint when compared to an original piece. Several cars have light scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. The 814 boxcar particularly has several spots of paint loss. The overall appearance of these items may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
