This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item gets power, but it does not run; it is being sold as-is. This item appears to have been run sparingly, and displays overall signs of very light previous use. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. The wheels show signs of light previous use. There are minor broken trim pieces. The original paint is in great shape, and the unit displays excellent overall finish.
