This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks, scratches, and spots of tarnish present on the locomotive and tender. Both items have been painted and decorated by the previous owner. Spots of paint wear and chipping are present throughout the surfaces of both items. Heavier paint wear is visible on the sides of the loco. The boiler front box is loose. Wheels show signs of wear from previous use. The instruction manual is not included.
